BLODEN WEDD

BLODEN-WEDD (means “Gods Of Sunrise” in the Celtic Gaelic mythology) starts as a Heavy Metal band on 1994 when thrash and death metal ruled the country. One year later the band record a demo tape called: "The Kid Warrior", wich one was received extremely well by people. In a few months were sold 500 homemade copies. After some line up changes the LP "Times go On" was recorded and distributed worldwide by Picoroco Records. This album gave Bloden-Wedd a lot experience due to many live shows with a great feedback from fans. Also, this work turned the band as the first chilean power metal band. On 2001 the band release Raging Planet LP under Toxic Records, promoting this album Bloden-Wedd share stage with many international bands like "Rhapsody", "Children of Bodom" and "Sonata Arctica".

All shows with great support from people. Worldwide achievements were reach place 14th at Japan (Captain's Rock, FM Osaka) with song "As the Rain & the Rainbow". The band actually is working together with Risestar Music setting up the promotional aspects of "Eye of Horus". The album will be officialy released on May, but already have received impressive comments from media and a distribution contract with the Japan label Soundholic Records.
